Hello, I am Jane Hunter.

I was born in Liverpool but have lived in Wales for the past 30 years. I have always loved nature and had an interest in natural textile processes.

A Knitted and Woven Textile Degree

Made a living from designing and selling knitwear and felted products.

Taught textiles and drawing techniques to Art Foundation and Degree students.

Worked in a specialist college for young adults with learning difficulties. Teaching art, basic skills and skills for life. Wardrobe mistress for college productions. Delivering , assessing and verifying qualifications.

Run workshops to the public on eco-printing, gelplate printing, mixed media artwork, book making and natural dyeing, stitched pictures, coiled fabric bowls. Shibori with indigo dyeing and wet felting.

Run family workshops making seasonal items.
